- Daily rate is charged per night in camp -

Minimum recommended days:

Lion 18 days

Elephant >60lb or Leopard 12 days

Buffalo 7 days

Hyena, Hippo & Crocodile 6 days

Plains Game 5 days

(Sable, Klipspringer, Warthhog, Eland, Kudu, Waterbuck, Wildebeest, Zebra, Duiker, Impala, Porcupine, Steenbock,

Reedbuck, Bushbuck, Giraffe, Bushpig, Baboon, Jackal, Civet, Wild Cat, Grysbock & Serval)

Accommodations in camp
Transport on territory from camp
Transfer from/to VFA (Victoria Falls Int'l Airport) at the beginning and end of the safari
Guiding by PH, Driver, Tracker and Skinner
Parks Ranger fee for Elephant, Lion, and Leopard hunts until harvested
Field trophy preparation and salting
All meals and alcoholic drinks in moderation
Laundry
2% ZTA tax on the daily rate & 4% ZTA tax on total trophy fees

Additional observers $250/night each
Pre-baiting @ $750 or baiting during the hunt (50% discounted rates apply to non-trophy/culling animals)
CITES permit if required @ $250 each
Gun rental ($20/day) and ammo ($10/round)
Taxidermy preparation beyond field preparation and salting as per taxidermist fees
Any request out of the package or out of reasonable services
Extra trophy fees as per price list (4% ZTA tax not included)
Gratuities
Boat when hunting in Binga (Crocodile and Hippo) @150/day
Only applicable for donations: TRASH (export permit), licenses and fees $1,500

Cancellation & Changes

There shall be no refund on any deposit paid if a hunt is canceled within six (6) months of the Safari's commencement date. The operator will make all possible efforts to reschedule based on availability.
If a hunt is canceled before six (6) months of the safari date, all efforts will be made to refund the full amount or part of the amount should the hunt be resold. Otherwise, if required, the hunt will be sold at a discount against the deposit already paid.
If the Safari Operator or the area cancels the Safari is closed to hunting or travel for any reason, before commencement of the safari, the client will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be made if the client leaves the safari before the scheduled completion date.
Fees paid for a specific trophy or daily rate at booking may not be credited towards any additional expense or alternative trophies. These extra expenses must be paid in camp in addition to the original contract.

The animal will be considered wounded if blood is found and or under PH sole opinion.
It must be paid for in full if not recovered during the hunt.
4% ZTA tax to be paid on lost or wounded animals.

We reserve the right to change any terms, conditions, and prices without notice. Rates at the time of the hunt will apply.
For package hunts when the trophy fee is paid in advance, if the target trophy is not harvested, 50% of the trophy fee will be reimbursed within 90 days after finalizing the safari.
